I understand this is not professional advice or anything like that, but I have to make quick decisions on an auction property and BP is a great resource for more insight / other folks take on it.How would you seal something like this up, just bolt a cover over it, or actually fill it in?

They’re really against it and it’s making it hard to make a decision 

I am making an informed decision.

I'm fairly new to real estate investing and still getting the grasp of everything but I would say there are details you should figure out before making a decision, especially with a assessments being less than the current asking price.

Ask if you are eligible for the Navy College Fund and that it may sway your decision to enlist.

Keep that in mind when making your decision.

It opened this summer, and might influence your decision on where in central CT to invest.
