I have been learning new things everyday over the past 2-3 years and am getting ready to take action once I secure employment (for mortgages) Thanks everyone!

I will definitely take action on attending local real estate investment clubs and contacting local realtors.

I want to get past this hurdle and finally take action.

That mentality will make you poor while others who took BOLD action will pass you buy.

Especially if they are publicly traded.

Partly it’s because you can avoid mistakes and partly because you can turn to someone and get encouragement when you’re in a tough patch and just need to get to the next level of skill.I’ll tell you about the people who are not going anywhere: it’s those who think that buying stuff is the same as taking action.

You just need to find or be referred to a good loan officer..As for mortgage brokers, I don't prefer them, but there is a trade-off. 

We had some deals where we paid for a Quiet Title action to get the property sellable.
