I’m thinking when this town was built the houses were in the 170k range and today they would be 210k per dwelling. ( If I’m way off please tell me, OKC is not my market) I think they own 30 houses but for easy math let’s start with 10.

I think we would be interested and willing to have someone we paid a nominal fee each year just to be able to answer a call or a couple of emails.Maybe do an initial consultation and/ or an annual checkup and onboarding to get us set up properly in terms of entities etc. ie does it make sense to create an llc.maybe have an packet available to answer basic questions like dos and donts of fair housing, evictions, Collections, recent law changes, the setup and use of an llc, trusts, wills etcThat way we are initially doing things properly and have built a relationship before we have larger engagements or are paying thousands due to initial poor planning.

I know in the area of PA where i invest, there are a lot of "Alley Ways" that belong to the town, and not the owners of the properties next to them, but they can be used by the property owners as a walk or a drive. a lot of times these areas are just grass, but it may just be listed in your title that you have the right and your neighbors to use it and you can not do anything on it. but also keep in mind that it may come into play if you ever decide to add on to the house, you may have to build to a setback from that easement line.
