He remains silent...LOL.Two relevant statutes:475.42...which classified brokering without a license as a 3rd degree felony475.43...which puts an end to using contracts to circumvent licensing laws.A BAR SALE is the acronym from brokerage activitiesAdvertiseBuyAppraiseRentSaleAuctionLease ExchangeFOR ANOTHER...so these unlicensed individuals using contracts to SELL FOR ANOTHER...are brokering without a license.
