Yes you can lose your shirt, but only if you are forced to sell on the dips, if you can ride out the dips you can break even at worst.

Now instead of feeling "stuck and burned out" you see a clear path t breaking free that is getting closer and closer to happening.If your job is not salary then you could possibly start taking more days off from the job as your cash flow increases.

Karndean is beautiful but it's a designer product the traffic master allure is similar in style but has a much lower price point. 

This is really powerful.Now I am rolling up my sleeves.. heck I am taking my shirt off, heck why stop there, I'll go naked if I have to!

People like you on the other hand are ever worried about the dreaded T word.

So I just closed on a property and we are trying to identify the brand/style/manufacture of the cabinets as almost all of the faces and doors are missing. 

My long-term goal is to convert it back to a hotel (airbnb) style property.  

If we were to replace these windows, what style would you use?
