Since they quit making T-locks many insurance companies will not cover the roofs if they have T-locks and you must put a new roof on to get insurance or get the roof excluded from coverage. 

It's such an easy and accessible way to network and learn/ share!

I am mentioning this is because if I ever needed some help from them financially in terms of repairs or emergencies, I would have the benefit of access to money without having to take out loans.
