Don't let the fact that you are on the road a lot stop you.

I would stop and think about what is an acceptable rate of return for the cash you invest and select price points that allow you to get that rate of return.  

I think I need to think outside of the box and stop screwing around with these tiny SFH homes and go to larger MFH.
