Are they responsive to your questions or can you never get a hold of them?

Lots and lots of questions before anyone can help you through this.

I always question first time posters end their post by saying "I saw this company called "X"".

This would seem to be the case on many recent purchases, but if the depreciation exceeds the cash flow I question if you have any actual cash flow.  

There are a myriad of reasons that they might ask for it, but I would need to know more to answer your question correctly.
