Doesn't surprise me, flipping work best in rising to hot market... but could be falling knife after the peak.

I'm considering a 12-unit property that has the heat type listed as Hot Water/Steam.  

Would you pay more for a house that had paid off Solar Panels?

Visit the local hot-spots and talk to every single person you meet and you can just tell them you're thinking of moving to the area and asking them what the town is like.

One had the flippers talking about the hot summer and somewhere in the middle of a six week flip they're in coats and jackets.  

Newly remodeled, previously flooded, 18% cash on cash, 85% return on equity, 31k down, 4 junk cars next door in the driveway, quick access to hot part of town

The market seems so hot right now to buy though.

@Jonathan C.Richmond saw a very hot sellers' market this year and so the turn-key options for SFH's that generate a 1% rent-to-price ratio are a little tougher to find but I've also seen rents increase significantly over the last couple years.

Trulia, Zillow, CL, Har.com, Hot pads, etc.
