So that tenants can still travel to work in the bigger towns within a resonable timespan.

Hello BP,I have a tenant that swears she’s not smoking Pot in her unit.

I am traveling rn but once back home I will let you know the .gov resources I use for my analysis on top of some extensive Googling.

Our friends put a $277k offer in on an un-finished home within 20 miles of this one that would require at least $90k to finish it to their plans, hopefully they can swing this $350k property & accept the extra travel distance.

The big thing is they always check the smoke and CO2 detectors so always have the batteries replaced and have some batteries (and a step ladder) on-hand just in case. 

Due to hamstring tear while performing, I recently had to leave the tour I was traveling with to take a few months off for recovery and physical therapy.

I would not hang any blankets on the inside of those closets. i am assuming as each one lines up and vent pipes run up through each floor that theses are not direct vent units, therefore the 3rd floor has 2 pipes coming up from below. try and seal around each pipe, floor and ceiling, this may help with sound travel but may not do much, no real good solution in that situation.

I couldn’t agree more   Real estate is a piece to the puzzle of living and some people need more puzzle pieces then others   Listening to the BP money podcast is a great example of some smoke and mirrors     Some of their FIRE people saying they live on 24,000 a year seems to me like a made up number.  

I believe he is with old republic and he travels all over for closings.
