Obviously each deal is different but from the example you gave that's not gonna yield a bigger pay day in most cases.Now once you get into properties that may have a ARV of $150k or so then you should start to see bigger paydays because of the potential equity spread.Of course, each market is differentJUST MY 2 CENTS BUT THERE'S MORE THAN ONE WAY TO SKIN A MEE-YOW
