The calcs for duct sizing by room size are SUPER SUPER simple. 

However, there are only a handful of trustees still offering the ability to write and service mortgages from a registered account.  

I am a hands on person so I am willing to help fellow investors work on projects(clean houses, paint, etc.) to see the process first hand and learn.

On the other hand, it it was buried 8’ deep, or 50’ away from the house, etc. that is a better reason they didn’t find it.

Based on the property card this was bought for 1.3MM in 2003 and then changed hands thru a fund for 10MM in 2007 (I am guessing that was part of a portfolio purchase) I would be interested in flipping the land if the values are that high but I need to gather more information about this.
