Is it legal to sell a house on a wrap that you own subject to in Texas?

Our provider has a whole process built around compliance.

I think I understand the basic process, and am most interested in the BRRRR method.

Just closed on a quadplex in Texas last month (woohoo) and am about to start the process of evicting one of the tenants I inherited for non-payment of rent (not woohoo).

I'm looking for some advice on whether I should sell one of my properties.

My owners get to know me in the process and most of them trust me right off the bat to handle things as I see fit.

For reference sake, we have one mortgage at 7.5%; one at 5%; and all other financing below 4% with an overall portfolio weighted average interest rate of 3.785%I don't care too much if you have 5 properties or 500, but I'm curious if others have gone through this thought process at some point in their real estate investment journey and if so how did you make this decision?
