I did it with a school that offered a revolving curriculum a few nights per week so you could attend days that fit your schedule and you would cover each chapter multiple times.

As long as they are computerized and can follow depreciation schedules for each property and each upgrade depreciation schedule ( different useful life for carpet vs. appliances, etc), and know federal and state laws as to what to deduct, and strategies to minimize taxes going forward - you should be fine.

I recently closed on one my self, and structured it as a 30 year amortized schedule 5% interest, balloon in 5 years with the option to extend ( rate goes crazy to 14%).
