I know some companies who give full back office support all around the u.s.aThey have great call center which follow up each tenant at full aspects .Along with my good Atty they are doing awsom work.

I understand it's good to have more than one exit strategy, but I'm having difficulty figuring out just one for the wholesaling aspect. 

@Aaron Grant,To second Ned's remark, yes - markets tend to be local.That said, we ARE in a housing shortage right now.

When talking with a HML, make sure you understand all aspects of the loan.

As a few others mentioned he didn't have a dumpster and had to haul trash out everyday, and he worked with a skilled investor on permitting and the construction aspect of the project.

If you have a great team that can handle all of these aspects for you, or you are able to travel to handle them yourself this can be a great way to invest.
