I have checked the property's title and do not see any liens recorded for the owners nursing home expenses.

What I would suggest you asking this group is: track record, the whole team involved, how have they set up the deal incase a downturn comes before the sale of this property, and why the debt is recourse?

What might you miss due to that travel time?

For the record, about 85% of my time is spent on planning for REI and SDIRA owners.

Our house did sell, and set a record in it's neighborhood. 

Would some one have advice on if I should have it recorded with the county ?
