It is possible that if you give them their deposit back they will sue you anyway if they think you can be pushed around. 

Only hold the unit on a case by case situation but I always push for immediate occupancy.

I think the learning was generally solid, there is a lot of knowledge in my local, individually some of the folks were helpful, but I felt like everyone of the leaders are there first and foremost to push their individual agenda for profit.

Granted, there is little room for spineless push-overs, but there is even less room for disingenuous, greedy hucksters.

They take people that need rental properties and they charge them one months rent (which pushing the lower end of the bracket here is about 1000 dollars) to get them into the properties (as renters).  

If you watch my posts & my blogs, you'll never find me pushing any strategy as a "way around" anything. 

Right now I'm scraping by working at a car wash for minimum wage.

Listening to anyone who is getting paid to only sell a certain companies inventory of course is not unbiased information just human nature to push the product you get paid to sell.

I'll keep pushing for a purchase option if we pursue it.
