Golfing is a pure and honest pursuit.

Think of how many housewives sat around at home every day drinking water out of pipes that had lead solder, the kids that drank the water at home and went to school to drink the water also, or the man of the house that went to work every day to do the same.

If the only benefit you are seeking from an investment is pure and unadulterated cashflow, you'll probably do better owning private notes rather than real estate.

Usually just nice older lonely guys who seem to drink a lot, and have some issues, but never bother anyone.  

Or was it purely to have someone there from Elite to overseer the CHA inspection?

Or purely for yourself?

You cover a lot of material in 4 days so be prepared to drink a lot of coffee ;-)

If it was purely business and you engaged in business only while you were there, then it would be 100% deductible.
