On the 7th day they finally vacated.

Greetings,I have just found the bigger pockets community after listening to hours and hours of Bigger Pockets podcasts while driving on my last family vacation.

I have a single family home vacation rental property in Seattle.  

My wife and I went to Fallingwater, the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed vacation home, just south of where I live.

For an area that supports vacation rentals bigger will yield more profit.I often see extended families, grandparents, parents, kids vacationing together or attending college football games or being together for Christmas.

After closing, I gave everyone Notices to Vacate at the end of this month. 

If the potential buyer wants the place vacated, then you have to determine if the tenant would be okay with moving earlier or if they would need to stay until the end of their lease.
