I can pick very literally any country on earth, any state, province, region, and have no problem picking out areas of sparse population density, these area are commonly referred to as nature Preserves, or Agricultural lands, water sheds etc..

The easiest way is to remove the lath & plaster at the fire block, notch a slot for the wire to go through, put a nail plate over the notch to protect the wire and reseal.
