AND, managing your property is abundantly more important over the long run (I suppose people will disagree with me here as there are a lot of pundits that suggest that if you buy right everything else will work itself out).In my humble opinion if you go into it as a business venture (business plan etc) and then constantly treat it like a business (don't forget that your tenants are customers, and referral sources) things work out generally smoother.There is lots of fodder on here about leveraging your invested dollars as well.

I'm comparing several websites to market via SMS (text messages), and am wondering if anyone has any input (either positive of negative) on the effectiveness of this technology as it relates to RE.Originally I was using a list of cell phone numbers purchased from http://www.cell-phone-list.net in conjunction with a predictive dialer to reach potential customers for a RE related project I'm involved with.
