Waymo announced this morning that they are removing the safety driver from their driverless cars in Chandler.

That's for pockets and off-markets as well as what's officially on MLS.

It's annoying to me that cap ex is not included in the official formula of NOI (seeing as how those costs do get paid out of the same wallet as every other one), which I reckon can somewhat skew the real Return On Investment figures - but, it is what it is.

My hope is that over time, some other ventures that the LLC  is gettinginto will start to pay off those debts.Naively I though that profits and losses were not passed on to the members of the LLC until there was an official disbursement.Apparently not so, it appears the losses are passed through to the share holders of the LLC in the same ratio as the percentage of their share ownership in the LLC.For tax purposes, the loss reported on my K1 shown on my Federal and state taxes, only records the loss, as there is not enough income to offset it.  

If you want to flip then you have to officially list it as a 2 bedroom house unless you add a legit 3rd bedroom to the house.

Hello BP members, currently living in New Jersey renting paying about 1100 a month in rent and officially fed up.

Any income I make from my properties before this is officially set up will be just taxed normally then I assume?

I've got to get official about this business now and am looking for opinions on your bank.
