I haven’t found anything in Sharpstown that makes sense numbers wise but I did make an offer on something nearby and should get the result tomorrow.

Is there retail nearby, more homes, access to a highway or main road.

This land would be ideal for a 55+ community and there are several nearby that are sold out. 

Low inventory and high level of rehab compared to similar nearby actives led to multiple offers over asking price.
