There are quite a few knowledgeable individuals that you can take for coffee and pick their brain or add value to them so you can shadow them.

We provide everything at our Lake House, including paper products, sheets (beds made) towels, beach towels, floats, lifejackets, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, coffee, spices etc.

Sooo, all that to say in the course of the last 3 weeks I had $2200 in damage done from a nearby unit that flooded (they are paying about 70% of amount) and an old faucet that broke inside my condo (it is old).

Previous owner's family members, who live nearby, have not contacted us.So, before we invest in necessary repairs for a roof and doors, should we order a title search and contact possible heirs?
