Hey everyone, I'm just kicking around the idea of possibly investing in mobile homes and was wondering if anyone else has done this sort of thing and the pro's and con's that are involved?

BP Community,Could anyone offer any thoughts on if the mobile home market is a viable market for REI?

However, the owner says she only wants to sell one, half acre lot because they want to build or place a mobile home later on, when they downsize.

Purchase price: $200,000 Sale price: $210,000 4 acre mobile home park with 8 POH, and space for another 10.

Since moving here, I've done a fair amount of private lending, invested as a Limited Partner in three apartment and mobile home park syndications, currently have a BRRRR going on in Kansas City and a General Partner on a syndication getting ready to close a 100 unit near Tulsa.

I am a KW agent who is largely mobile due to the fact that the nearest KW office is 30 miles away.

We are closing on a South Alabama MHP purchase this month, and forming a separate LLC just to own/repair/rent/sell the mobile homes.  

These lower end properties with mobile homes have some down side (only If you don't know what you're doing) ,this strategy elements that.
