You know, when your costs hit the $10K mark (including the $3500 purchase), it'll already be a really nice house and still an amazing deal, even though work is still in progress.

Hey @Thomas Mark and thanks for the welcome to BP but I'm not sure at the moment what kind of properties I should be looking for in GSO because my partner and I are just getting started with REI but if you have any advice that would be great.

Even if you just mark all over the back because homeless or beggers will take your sign and use it to ask for money.
