I have funded i bet no less than 200 deals in the last 10 year that were from Aussies selling their home that is now a full reno.. many of them in their superannuation funds. ( US version of IRA )  just the dirty little secrets most wont talk about.

$20K a piece would be very low

The banks don't want to give you a low interest rate that might be higher if you closed with an LLC. 

I know the amount of cashflows isnt always going to be the same but i would if their is a positive, i would like to use the funds to pay back the loanor could i set up a checking account with automatic payment to the 401k loan from the left over cashflow deposited from the leases ?

Personally, I have funded many first-time investors if the deals make sense and there a 660 plus fico score.

Since my capital is low I was planning on utilizing my credit cards to fund the rehab.

This strategy is also the best way to get into real estate investing with low risk.

Beware of anyone on social media offering 100% financing at low rates.
