At this time, we do not allow builders to market any more ground up construction projects (pre-construction) as we have been made aware that there are significant delays in the construction industry.

Rent increases are based loosely on FMR and on what the tenant can afford.

Homestyle does not allow for ground up construction only for a major rehab but also limits you to 75% of the after repaired value.  

There are dozens of good books out there that will give you a basic overview but based on your description of skills/assets you will probably learn little more than you already know from your own experience. 

I *think* I'd like to set up an LLC to house the STRs, but I'm struggling on the implications of single-member vs multi-member.
