These groups and "webinars" are just platforms to suck in people to invest in their programs for thousands of dollars, when people can do the same through BP and learning on their own. 

There are active investors and private lenders all over this platform!

At 17 you're ahead of 90% of investors and your in the best platform to learn, continue to learn and most importantly start taking action, there's no perfect time to get in real estate and you'll never know enough so just go for it.

I did not do a background check in my one instance, but I did check references and called the agency that placed the nurse to verify they were legit.  

Thanks for the tip about talking with other agents on this platform—my current agent is not so great and I’ve been thinking I might want to find an agent on here so I know that we’re on the same page.
