thanks so much for responding, i was not clear about the problem at the end and why i changed my mind. i was told that my loan was ready,my funds were ready, but the lender on my side, was requiring more documents from the sellers lender in reference to the preforclosure status of the property. my realtor says he doesn't know what they meant because "they don't do that here in oklahoma." i was also very unhappy about repairs that were made to a garage door and roof.
