Hi Everyone,I have been working on a project for some time now and we're finally ready to launch - now we are just trying to figure out which state to go for first.This project answers the thread posted a couple days ago about weather or not agents days are limited, especially with the advent of the internet.

@Jeremy Hunsicker Thanks for the info I'm going to check with the city but from an initial poke around the internet it seems like it is legal in D.C. to sub meter.  

Rent includes utilities, cable and internet .A call to the college off campus housing office will tell you what streets the students like what the rents are what is included etc.Paul

.- Most of the security breaches came from Microsoft related products especially Internet Explorer.- Most all credit card theft comes from making purchases in person, not on the internet.Overall this is a good intro book into hacking and cyber crimes.
