Once a client is in the doors here at Carrot, like @Elizabeth Wilson mentioned I feel there's no company that can beat us (and yes we're happy as heck to hop on a phone call where needed)... but admittedly we've relied too much on technology for inbound sales phone calls and likely are missing out on working w/ awesome clients such as yourself.

The most interesting part of the entire industry is blockchain and distributed ledger technology.

I agree that there will be a pick up starting in Nov 2018 thru at least April 2019 and we will see where things go from there.   

and one more thing, the people that do you say they are having a good experience with turnkey are very naïve because they have only held the property for 1 to 3 years and nothing has happened yet  Kind of like buying a new car it really runs perfectly for the first three years and then watch how many bills you start getting when you take it into the mechanic  Kind of like people who invested in technology stocks in 1999 and 2000 thinking they were genius because for two years they made great returns and thought it would be so easy well look what happened, same thing in real estate there is no easy money 

You'll end up with the equivalent of an extra rent payment at the end of 12 months.Keep on innovating!
