To the best of my knowledge, notes on mortgages are valid until satisfied.Regarding your last sentence, the instrument that secures the repayment obligation with an interest in real property has a definite period within which it must be exercised in relation to the maturity date of the mortgage/DoT.

Either way, the $ is sitting in my bank account right now so it is definitely legit.I totally believe you.. and like I said I would jump on this .. giving out unsecured money at those rates. they are going to take some major loss's as this matures.. there is a reason credit card interest is 18% or more.. needs to be to handle the loss's..what may I ask was or is your FICO to get this ..
