Looking for any thoughts or shared Experiences With Brrrr’ing Properties with run down mobile homes that happen to sit on A+ Lots... for example across the street from Million Dollar Ocean Front PropertIes...to me, it seems like the ideal way to cash flow the purchase of the Lot while it appreciates...but my concern Is rehabbing a 50 year old mobile home and whether I’m setting myself up for endless repair problems...and renter issues?

So when I decided to move to the Napa valley  I could sell my home now for 400k ish but rents had not come up  so it was going to be 300 a month negative to keep it by the time I paid everything remember this was days of 10 11 % interest..

I would personaly call some of the bigger managment companies in your area and they can give u a round about number but remember location is key in alot of markets and one streets are more desirable while others are less desirable.3.Closing costs can vary lender to lender and on type of loan.

Remember--Cozy is a business too, if you want the $$ faster, pay the $3/mo fee to get it faster, but tenants shouldn't be penalized for cozy's slowness.
