While I feel like a huge failure for conceding to bankruptcy (we  worked so hard to always pay every single bill on time without fail and maintained 711 credit score until filing) the stress of the rat race was affecting our sanity and health. 

This has resulted in an opportunity for us small note investors to help "heal" the wounds of this event, help borrowers if possible and make a profit in doing so. 

That's how we, humans, feel every time we ever try to do something for the first time. 

It's human nature.  

If you can humanize yourself to their situation and offer a unique and feasible remedy than people will grow trust you.  

They are there for questions when you are approached by your first health inspector, what to do, and NOT do.

The inspector checks for health and safety items and to make sure the unit is habitable.

Human beings can only get so much done in a day and scheduling conflicts are often an issue (especially for people who work 9-5).

However, toll on health and time the Army demands is making that retirement paycheck seem less and less appealing.  

The Kitsap Health Dept has a list of 'certified septic planners' that are certified to determine if a property can handle a septic system which is based on the number of bedrooms in a house.
