My idea is to buy a house and rent it out, so it can pay for itself while I live in a family-owned house.Would you recommend buying a house in Orlando right now?

Hello,I'm going to be a first time MF buyer and plan on house hacking. 

It's cheap, it's near where we live, it needs to be rehabbed, it's the worst house on the block with a ton of potential.

I've done similar things with adding or remodeling while house hacking and needing funding to do so.

Before the work, our house elevation was +0.5  readings the highest,  - 2.5  in several other low spots.
