Hi BP, I am curious to know for the people who have hired a virtual assistant or someone to answer their inbound calls from direct mail or other means, what questions do you normally ask to find the right candidate? 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Hire a knowledgeable, rockstar agent. 

If you have another insurance claim, I'd recommend you hire a public adjuster.

Hello everybody I am a new investor and I am so lost on how to hire a virtual assistant and train them on how to find off-market deals.

Both of you sign it, you give her $300 and a copy of the letter, and then you're done.If you hire an attorney, this is exactly what they will do but they'll charge you $300 for the letter. 

Hire an attorney that knows what they're doing and get the ball rolling immediately.
