I agree that sharing our experiences can be beneficial for investors who have never encountered such a situation before.Being an investor who takes a hands-on approach, I truly understand the initial emotional impact and the importance of providing immediate support to tenants and assessing the property's condition.

Factors such as age, fire protection of the location, alarms, construction, proximity to a coast, etc. can impact the rates.

I live in a resort town, with a lot of second homes, so the market price for an average home is already pretty high.

There are a few questions I have as my income isn't high and I know it might be hard to get a loan for a house but I do have enough capital raised for a down payment (15k).
