I'm a local to Fort Myers/Cape Coral, with a 7 year hiatus in the Smokies of East TN, and I am looking to start investing in either area (with an emphasis on SWFL since it's where I'm currently residing).I own a small ecommerce business which I am still focusing on growing, but I'd love to start adding cash flowing properties to my portfolio. 

I never got any financial education while i was growing up and barely got any once i was in so i have learned about how to manage money the hard way.

I forget the situation but believe Erie Insurance purchased the building as part of their long term strategy to grow and remain in Erie.  

I currently help find investment and development deals for my partners clients, but I'm looking to grow and expand my business as well.  

I am currently seeking to just manage the properties I have, I do not need to grow.
