The bank has held the property for 7 months and is asking way too much for the house given the work that needs to be done to it.The situation: First and foremost the original wood siding is rotting all along the base, under some windows, a bit under a gable, and a few random spots so it NEEDS to be replaced and I'd prefer to replace all the windows at the same since they're single pane and will need to be replaced eventually.  

If they are empty, then whoever takes the spot you could make sure they know and have them take out the flood insurance on their own home.

from what I know CA OR WA NV are all the same cash on the spot.. 

The trend seemed to have started in Miami area in the 70s & 80s as the prime spots to invest but now as population grows it has worked its way up the state.

I've been subscribed to it for a couple of years now and, so far, they have been spot on with their analysis.By the way, I know what zip codes are appreciating and which aren't because of Housing Alerts.

My thought is Livonia is pretty central and may have some decent locations, and some spots near Plymouth have great highway access!

Tenants would like me to add a gravel parking spot for them on the side of the home. i think it would look nice but does that truly add any value to the property?
