*Newbie Investor I’m currently looking to buy a long term rental with minimal renovations in North Carolina and chose Fayetteville as my main area of interest.

Preferably a local bank or credit union in the SE FL area that is friendly to real estate investors.

Worst case scenario check in with @Joseph Chiofalo he just helped a client with niche investor that has no ratio requirement and the unit can be vacant.

I'm just starting to do business with them out as an investor in their Bennah Oaks project (Okala FLA) and also Nathi townhomes in Palm Bay.

@Jose Alejandro Hernandez I frequently work with investors in your same situation, their home markets just don't offer any great options, comparatively.

the main problem is that out of state investors like yourself just aren't familiar enough with either (1) the neighborhoods, or (2) the properties.

We mostly work with investors and we want to make sure this relationship works for both parties.
