I would let you claim me as a dependent on your taxes .I don’t require a lot of maintenance although I’m not very good at cleaning up after myself ( so my wife says) and I do eat a lot of food .

It’s kind of like a begging dog that will basically eat unlimited food if given the opportunity…this where I would have be the gatekeeper for the dog for his own good and limit what he eats.

It would seem to me that as college tuition has a built in inflation factor, student housing (provided that quality is kept up) might be able to enjoy a portion of that inflation factor.Perhaps offering cleaning services, food preparation, partnering with local car sharing... anything to add value to the renters..?
