I'm excited to finally get back into the dirt after this snow filled winter :D

They are brand new never used homes.They are fully furnished, pots,pans etcI realtor told me about them but he is representing a group who bought a ton of them so he wont tell me what oil company they came from.So I am trying to find out how i can get ahold of a few of my own homes.Does anyone know what company to contact.I have done a couple of google searches on it but didnt find anything.I recently bought a park and could use some homes to fill it up.ThanksTravis

After they answer all of the questions, I look at them in the spreadsheet and use my criteria to see if they are worth reaching out to for a showing, and if they like it when they tour it, then have them fill out the official Zillow application to confirm credit and eviction records, income req. etc.

Every time I fill out a loan application they say the numbers don't make sense and that there's no profit for me.

I'm sure I'll fill in more info as I figure out what is pertinent.

Good life style.....About 10 years ago, I was looking trying to buy a condo there, but boy, every street was filled with "for rent" sign and I gave up at the time....

Short sales can get approved in 30 to 45 days if the agent is experienced and the seller co-operates with getting together required documents and filling out the financial forms.  

Not a matter of being legal but you must have the correct forms and know how to fill them out properly or you might make a huge mistake costing you money. 

A quick Google shows round-trips flight from San Diego over a weekend(ish) in mid-April around $300.
