Anyone using Cozy Sevices here to screen renters and collect rent payment?

I had Home Depot install a screen door this spring for ~$225 this included product and labor, for comparison.

I happen to have a permit system open on another screen right now, but clicking back to a couple of old permits so you can see timelines. . .  

You could also calculate this as a flat fee, but 8% is one 1 of 12 so it works for me to do it as a percentage.

Getting your house in the MLS with an attractive set of photos (learn to take your own...some of the photos full-price agents put in MLS are just downright embarrassing) is the most important thing in getting buyers in.Just for getting it in the MLS, of course, you could use a $300 flat-fee broker.

Yes that deadens the sound a bit but none of this worked in my 100 year old American four Square home that was converted into a 2 flat back in the 60's.

It helps you screen deals early on.

You can purchase Radiator screens if you are worried about it.
