Now when I go to the SDAT Real Property Search website for Maryland and look up my property, under the "Transfer Information" portion of the page, it shows a date of 01/16/2018.

As far as rents go, I don't know that area at all but unless there are significant differences in finishes I would find it hard to believe that the 2br units will rent for that much.
