Alas, the store was a disaster and truly one of those places that one person walks into and fears for their life... whereas I walked in and immediately thought: "I want to buy and revamp this!"  

I am fearing that we will be so in over our heads with this project. 

I fear that this issue will only worsen once we are no longer living under the same roof.I am hoping to get some advice on how to proceed from here.

He said it was strictly online and would never allow anyone in as he fears for possibility of theft.

I have unpaid debt as well so I fear I wouldn't be much help with getting a house.

@Stephen Keighery you got to change with the market, I agree, and with your place in life.There is no single answer to investing as everybody is in a different place or stage in life, has different circumstances, and different tolerances and aversion for risk, loss, fear of missing out, etc. 

However, I followed the idea that right now there is a deal in front of me and I should take advantage of it out of fear that I might not be able to get a better deal.

When others are fearful, our ability to take calculated risks creates great opportunity.

Ultimately, the fear of regret was stronger than the fear of failure.
