Once I have gotten into a unit and cleaned it up with new carpet, repairs and new paint, then I don't allow pets in again if that is going to be my policy in a unit.Pets are not a protected class so you needn't worry about discrimination so long as you aren't applying the rule in a discriminatory fashion (I.e., only telling candidates from a protected class that you don't allow pets but then allowing others to have them).  

I am old fashioned so I do everything through google docs and have calls go to my cell phone (that I answer).

Instead of worrying about the 'what if', I'm focusing on conservative cashflowing #s so I can ride out any storm.

He wasn't too happy because he's been put on the A ride, so didn't get to out on the fires this time.

Investing is not just about knowing how to ride the wave, it's also about knowing how to survive the wave that's about to crash upon your head. 

@Yonah Weiss I have a pair of Business degrees, they may help a bit ut not as much as experience, patience and good old fashion common sense do.

Don’t forget the old fashioned way to do real estate investing still stands strong.

However, getting Public Works to decide or agree on this in a timely fashion is a different animal.
