We gave 30 days written notice and extended the amount of time for them to respond. 

Account Closed I missed Bob on my last trip to Honolulu if his invitation he extended to visit with him and have a beer is still open I plan on doing that when I am in Honolulu in Oct. 

I was thinking we could sign a extended lease like 5 yrs or something.

I think the out of pocket cost can be much lower if I involve the whole community surrounding the park and get federal or state grant money to extend the line. 

The other option is if its only for 4 months to get the tenant to extend.

Don't forget that with FHA you will be paying PMI throughout the ENTIRE DURATION OF THE LOAN.

This is also an opportunity to extend the end of lease date if that is desirable.Jim.

I put wording in the property specific POA that states it is good for the duration/life of the loan, or until paid in full.
