I try to understand each of my buyers' preferences as some prefer to work on homes that only require mainly cosmetic upgrades while others don't mind gutting the whole thing everyone is different.

Hi Lien ,I get the new construction vs renovating 50% , etc , I just don’t see anywhere in the Massachusetts building code that states a 3 family has to be sprinklered , even though everyone seems to say it does .
