I didn't up buying the house  - it came down to the numbers was a bummer really wanted the project but that was an unknown factor on my estimates - whenever I encounter something like that I like to be on the look out so I can come up with data for next time!

@Pra Che A pro is that a corporate rental can fetch a rental price premium, however, one problem that we encounter with corporate rentals is that calendar and booking management is much more challenging than short-term stays or long-term tenants.

I've come across a company called Home Encounter. https://www.homeencounter.com/They appear to manage lots of property (one video claimed over 1,000), have branches in multiple cities in central FL, and pricing is good.

Jamie, I attended the free course in Birmingham a few weeks back and felt like it was a scam.

I've attempted to report it as scam to Craigslist and asked all callers to do the same. 

I am too wary of scams, but they did have 20 or so people that did.

Unfortunately, most of it is illegal like that Stock Option Back Dating scam or Insider trading or when an Investment Firm gives away pre-IPO shares to their favorite clients at ridiculous prices.There is also those fake news to bring the stock price down to get in.

@Shiloh Lundahl Haha, I encounter those all the time, someone messages me asking for my foreman's/subcontractor's number, because they think their 2 week job is very appealing to anyone and they will be giving him "thousands of dollars" for this job.
